		<description>Just catching up on your blog and I see your point - my daughter is more like your son.  She is the happiest person I know.  Good grades make her happy, but people and experiences make her more happy.  I try my best not to use my anger to motivate (&quot;my way or the highway&quot; was not taught my Spock me thinks) and the third lesson you should add is &quot;smile your way through it&quot;.  I am an over-acheiver stuck on rules - most of the time - and I have to step back when dealing with my child and take another (fresher) look at learning.</description>
