Kristin Colier

Founder & Human-Centered Strategist
Kristin is an engineer, strategist, and experience architect with a rare ability to connect human insight with complex systems. For over 30 years, she has helped organizations like Google, AT&T, and The Home Depot design better customer and employee experiences by aligning technology with empathy and purpose.
After decades of leading innovation in UX, CX, and product strategy, Kristin founded Visionary Strategies to bring a more conscious, human-centered approach to how we design work itself. Her current focus includes cross-generational collaboration, future-ready team design, and the development of Beneficial Agentic Workflows (BAW)—AI-assisted systems that enhance human creativity rather than replace it.
Kristin’s mission: to create work environments where authenticity, well-being, and innovation can thrive together.
