My passion is to bring useful insights and perspectives to those who can use them, to have a positive impact on humanity in small and large ways and to help others develop an evolutionary mindset, self-actualize, live authentically and wake up every day to a life they love.

My personal journey of corporate burnout and healing has inspired me to help businesses more effectively leverage human motivation to make positive impacts and prepare for an uncertain future where dynamic, adaptable and emotionally intelligent teams will win the day.

My intention is to support, inspire and collaborate with others to create innovative solutions for a brighter future – and to love, grow and have fun in the process.

I have always had a love of problem solving and complex system models.
I graduated from Georgia Tech with dual-degrees in mathematics and mechanical engineering. I have been on the leading edge of software development, user experience, digital design and innovation for over 30 years, consulting for start-ups, small businesses and Fortune 50 companies. I specialize in human-centered design, experience strategy and omni-benevolent business models.
